Day Wise Itinerary
Upon arrival in Noi Bai International Airport, Hanoi city you will be met by our tour guide who will be with you through your stay. Then transfer to down town for check-in to hotel.
Our tour guide will come to pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi. Then visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum to explore the architectural and historical aspects of Uncle Ho’s final resting-place. Just next door is Ho Chi Minh’s house on stilts and lying to one side of the Mausoleum is the One Pillar Pagoda, which was founded by King Ly Thai To in 1049 – the structure has become an important symbol for the people of Hanoi. Then continue on to the Buddhist Tran Quoc Pagoda at West lake (One of the oldest pagodas in Vietnam)
After lunch proceed to visit the Literature Temple and QuocTuGiam, see Vietnam’s first university, constructed in 1070 – it’s gardens and well-preserved architecture will offer a relaxing glimpse into Vietnam’s past. Take you past HoanKiem Lake to see the peaceful waters, and the beauty of Ngoc Son temple. At the end, journey through Hanoi’s Old Quarter, where you’ll then have a chance for some shopping and exploration.
Back to your hotel – overnight at our hotel in Hanoi.
After having a breakfast at your hotel and transfer to Ha Long Bay. Drive through green rice paddy fields to Ha Long Bay (approximate 3,5 hours). Arrive at Halong Bay wharf, you will be met by our crew who escort you on board and serve welcome drinks. You then check into your cabin and we begin cruising into Halong Bay. Have lunch in the restaurant while you enjoy the stunning views of the Bay. In the early afternoon we arrive at floating fishing village and drop anchor. Our guide will give you some information and interesting facts about this fascinating village and its local community. We disembark and travel on the sampans rowed by the local people. They will be your guides through their fishing village where you can meet the locals, visit the school and pearl farms. See first-hand what life is like living on the water. Back on board we head for the calm waters of the lagoons and beaches for swimming and relaxing on deck or pamper yourself.
For the early risers join us for a Tai Chi session on the sun deck or take the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of a Halong Bay sunrise. After breakfast we set sail for Bo Hon Island. Disembark and visit (Sung Sot) Surprise Cave. It is one of the largest grottoes in Halong Bay with thousands of stalactites and stalagmites.
An early lunch is made available to enjoy while we head back to Halong wharf on another scenic route. We arrive back at the wharf at 12 noon for our drive back to your hotel in Hanoi arriving at 5.pm. Overnight in Hanoi.
Drop in Noi Bai airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival, transfer to hotel for check in and relax.
After breakfast, proceed to Cu Chi Tunnels – a network of tunnels more than 200km long and 3 – 8 m deep, dug during the warfare days and is about 75km north west of the city, back to Ho Chi Minh. After lunch, visit War Museum, French Opera House, Thien Hau Temple, Old Post office and The Hundreds Years Red Cathedral, shopping at Dong Khoi Str and Ben Thanh Market Dinner is served at local restaurant, overnight at Ho Chi Minh.
Enjoy the night life at Bui Vien Street.
After breakfast, depart for My Tho - about 75km from the city, on The way visit Vinh Trang Pagoda, take a leisurely boat ride along the river visit to Thai Son Islet and The Fruit Garden to enjoy the fresh fruit. Enjoy Vietnamese local food serve with special “Elephant Ear Fish”, back to Ho Chi Minh City.
Enjoy the night life at Bui Vien Street.
After breakfast, free at leisure util then transfer to Airport for flight home with sweet memories.
