Day Wise Itinerary

Your spiritual expedition commences with your arrival at Haridwar Railway Station, where you will be warmly welcomed and begin your road journey to Guptkashi, the serene gateway to Kedarnath. En route, marvel at the divine confluence of rivers at Devprayag, where the Alaknanda and Bhagirathi meet to form the holy Ganga, followed by a visit to Rudraprayag, where the Alaknanda joins the Mandakini. Upon reaching Guptkashi, check in to your hotel and visit the revered Vishwanath Temple to seek blessings. Unwind with a comforting dinner and enjoy an overnight stay amidst the tranquil Himalayan surroundings.
After an early breakfast, set out for Gaurikund, the starting point for the sacred 16 km trek to Kedarnath Temple. You may opt for a palki or horse to ease your journey (costs not included). As you trek through lush valleys and snow-kissed peaks, soak in the pristine beauty and spiritual aura of the Himalayas. Upon arrival at Kedarnath, check in at the government camps or lodges and prepare for an early morning temple darshan. Spend the night amidst the tranquil mountain landscape, surrounded by nature’s splendor.
Wake before dawn and make your way to the Kedarnath Temple for an early morning darshan, a moment of deep spiritual connection. Don’t miss visiting the Adi Shankaracharya Samadhi, nestled behind the temple, a place of profound reverence. After your prayers, begin your trek back to Gaurikund, and continue by jeep to Sonprayag, where your vehicle will be waiting to transport you back to Guptkashi. Enjoy a peaceful dinner and a restful overnight stay, reflecting on your divine experience.
Following breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Rishikesh, passing through the peaceful town of Rudraprayag. Upon arrival, immerse yourself in the spiritual atmosphere by visiting the iconic Ram Jhula and Laxman Jhula, famous suspension bridges over the holy Ganges. Explore the tranquil Parmarth Niketan Ashram and witness the evening Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat, a mesmerizing ritual of lights and chants by the river. Spend the night soaking in the calm and spiritual vibes of Rishikesh.
After a nourishing breakfast, check out from your hotel and proceed to Haridwar Railway Station for your onward journey. Take with you the blessings and memories of a soulful pilgrimage that brought you closer to the divine and the majestic beauty of the Himalayas.
